Care for the instrument. Room for the music.

A LITTLE CARE. A DIFFERENT SOUND.

Start with what
your piano needs.

01

Piano tuning

When familiar music sounds out of tune, it may be time for a visit. Tell Eric about your piano and when it was last tuned.

02

A piano that needs attention

A sticking key, an uneven note, or a sound you haven’t heard before? Describe the issue so Eric can discuss the right next step.

03

Not sure where to start?

If your piano has been moved or hasn’t been played in a while, start with a conversation. Photos and a little history can help.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Before your
next tuning.

How often should my piano be tuned?

Regular tuning matters even when a piano is rarely played. Yamaha recommends at least once a year, with more attention for a new piano. The right schedule depends on your instrument and use. Read the guide and ask about your piano.

How much does piano tuning cost?

Ask Eric for a quote for your instrument. Share its type, condition, location, and how long it has been since the last tuning so you can discuss the work before booking.

Can I request help if a key sticks or a note sounds unusual?

Yes. Describe what happens and, if possible, send a short video or photo. Eric can discuss whether an assessment or a different service is the appropriate next step.

Do you serve my neighborhood?

Eric is based in San Jose and is willing to travel to your location when you cover travel costs. Share your city or ZIP code so the service price, travel costs, and scheduling can be agreed before booking.

What should I include in my request?

Your city, piano brand, whether it is an upright or grand, the approximate date of its last tuning, and any problems you have noticed. If you don’t know, that’s fine—start with a photo.

Does a request confirm an appointment?

No. Eric will confirm the service, price, and appointment time with you directly.
